Description:
As your district is preparing the FY24 CLIP and the FY24 budgets, an option to consider is the flexibility of transferring Title II, Part A and/or Title IV, Part A funds so that programs can more effectively meet your LEA’s unique needs. As part of the Summer Learning Series Title II, Part A and Title IV, Part A staff go over the authorization of transfers, how the decision should be made through the comprehensive needs assessment, and the process of using the ConApp to transfer funds. Title II, Part A also address what happens when the annual reallocation of funds takes place and how this impacts transfers.
