Did you know that most monitoring findings for the Foster Care Education (FCE) program and the Neglected & Delinquent (N&D) program are related to a failure to collaborate with external partners? This session will examine required FCE and N&D external collaborations. LEAs will examine the nuances among the optional Title I, Part A foster set-aside, the required Title I, Part A neglected set-aside, and the Title I, Part D grant. Participants will be able to create a collaboration outreach plan that can not only meet compliance, but also increase program outcomes for youth.
