In this webinar, Natalie Richter, ELA Virtual Learning Community leader and classroom teacher at Lyons Upper Elementary School in Toombs County, focuses on strategies to teach reading comprehension through motivation and relevancy. Natalie draws from the “IES Practice Guides” as she delves into evidence-based approaches for enhancing motivation and improving reading comprehension. She shares several anecdotes, models the strategy, and provides practical resources and research for teachers.
