Project AWARE Funding Opportunity Info Session
Recorded Webinar

Description:
Project AWARE Notice of Funding Opportunity Informational Session
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA) recently posted a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the FY23 Project AWARE (Advancing Wellness and Resiliency in Education). The NOFO indicates required letters of commitment as well as funded positions from the State Education Agency (SEA) and the State Mental Health Agency (SMHA). In order to provide streamlined and timely communication to potential applicants, these two state agencies will collaboratively review their processes and requirements for securing a letter of commitment for this federal grant funding opportunity. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the timeline, process, and point of contact for each agency. Time will be allotted for Q & A at the end of the session.
This session is not intended to provide guidance on the overall application process; interested applicants should still participate in informational sessions provided by SAMHSA regarding the application process.
