Dr. Jeff Terrell leads GaDOE’s ELA Virtual Learning Community for K-5 Teachers of English Learners. He is a classroom ESOL teacher at City View Elementary School in Cobb County. In this webinar, Jeff draws from the “IES Practice Guides” as he delves into evidence-based approaches for assisting newcomers who are English language learners in the elementary classroom.
