This training is an overview of the compliance review process for any LEA that received a disproportionality determination. Participants will be able to identify the components and purpose of a disproportionality compliance review. This training informs participants of important dates to remember and when the portal opens for document uploads, and takes an in-depth look at each area of disproportionality and the forms that must be filled out and submitted.
