Description:
Ongoing Familiarization dialogue and professional learning opportunities will increase the understanding of the Leader Assessment on Performance Standards (LAPS)/Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES) process. This training will familiarize participants with related research and sample indicators for demonstrating effectiveness with all eight LAPS standards as well as observing leader performance.
